Hi sir, when process mean lying on the target line, what will be the value of Cpk = ?? & what will be the sigma level ??
Can I ask why in the last slide, the bottom process doesn’t have a Cp of 3? The whole process variation fits into the limits 3 times.
Thanks for detailed explanation. Not clear about 1) how d2 arrived and 2)i assume since process width is less and within specification limits we consider this under CpK>1 though target line and process mean are same. Request you to clarify.
