Oshkosh Summary: Teal Seaplane Award For: Outstanding Metal Floatplane!

On our flight back from Oshkosh 2023, we have a little chat about what we did and how things went for us. Despite nothing seeming to go to plan and discovering that our tent leaked badly, I think we had a great time!
WAT, ‪@whelenaerospacetechnologie8933‬ was kind enough to host us Wednesday night for the night show and put on a fantastic meal. I was lucky enough to get to chat briefly with Michael Goulian, ‪@mikegoulian‬ and that has certainly motivated me to get my Acroduster fixed and back to some aerobatic flying.
I also had a brief chat with Jimmy, from ‪@therealjimmysworld‬ about some of our Cessna 310 and Piper Aztec adventures.
I am very much looking forward to next year and am going to have to promise myself to plan a little more in advance and give myself a day off before leaving so that I am not so tired. Plus I must get a better tent! I hope you enjoy some of our videos and pictures from Airventure and that it motivates you to get there yourself.
On an exciting note, just as I was finishing up the video details, I have learnt that the Teal received a Seaplane award for: Outstanding Metal Floatplane!
