- Use the R programming language to generate and process graphics, images and pictures! Cluster images from the Yale face database! Perform statistical tests and run machine learning algorithms on images to identify patterns and clusters. This video is part of a series dedicated to statistical programming in R and RStudio. We use the "magick" R package for image processing, and the "caret" R package for the statistical analysis. We run principal component analysis (PCA) on the image data, and random forest for image classification.

Amazing, please continue making videos. Edit: I looked at your tutorials on your website, you are extremely talented. I never learned so much from a single source. Thanks for making these.
Upload more! This was great!
Your content is great, thank you!
Thank you for the tutorial. Could you please upload a video for fMRI data simulation using neuRosim in R..
thanks for your sharing...great content. can this technique be applied for UAV imagery?
Big thanks. It is easy to understand and quite helpful.
thank for this tutorial
Thank you for the video!
I get an error
Thank you for the tutorial, can you show me how the pixel by pixel classification is done for the following input data,
Please please please just add the code somewhere online, so that we don't have to type off everything from our screen. nice video though!
What if the images are of different sizes?
Welp, i cant get the images to load propperly. FML.
