this was the first eurovision where i listened to all the songs/watched the semis, so it has a special place in my heart (as well as my winner, miss foureira 😌)

2018 is always special to be because it was my first time watching a Eurovision show (albeit, it was just the grand final since the US only aired the grand final. 2019 was the first time experiencing Eurovision season and seeing the semi-finals before the grand final). I am surprised that Israel is in the bottom 10 here, but considering it isn't in my top 10 either, I can understand why. As for my favorites, they are Germany, Czech Republic, and France. The ones that were my favorite when watching the grand final for the first time were Czech Republic, Finland, and Ireland. However, I think they (except for Czech Republic) have slipped ever since. I'm happy that Germany is in your top 5. I thought the song was good when I first saw it, but now, it has become a favorite of mine.
It’s cool hearing that someone in the usa is also interested in esc, and yes i think a thing such as music is so subjective that everyone has their own opinion.
I can not describe how much I love the Portugal entry.
Im so pleased with Spain this high. My top five would be with Spain, Ireland, Albania, Italy and Denmark, idk in which order tho. Also, my very unpopular opinion, i actually really like Iceland and I love Georgia. Moldova’s staging was fire. And I would like to be a mix of Eleni and Jessica bc they’re so pretty and their stage presence is just so good.

7: Denmark 🇩🇰 (this song is so epic and a narrative. Love the Viking aesthetic and the song is a foot-tapper.
6: Switzerland 🇨🇭 (just so powerful and girthy. This was robbed, should have qualified. Also love that they are siblings too).
