The gun Ram chose and uses is a Mauser c96, also called a broomhandle. It was one of the most accurate semi automatic handguns ever made by the germans during the Nazi regime. High ranking Nazi army officers used this gun and it symbolises fascism and Nazi ideology in this film. In the song where Ram is making love to his wife, she turns into a mauser c96 gun and he is making love to it. It shows how much he lusts for fascist ideology. This is one of the most striking visual i have seen in Indian cinema. A fanatic man making love with Nazi facism. What a thought and visual 🔥 Andavere!! Just watched the movie on CZcams after a longtime.... Just mesmerizing... When Indian cinema was maximum commercial masala movies till date without logic this man Kamal Hasan made a movie which has a lot of meaning, without logic mistakes... For this kind of presentation nowadays young directors would take at least 3 to 4 years to finish a movie...
Hidden details - In Last scene when Ram’s grandson giving Gandhi’s slipper n specs, there will be newspaper cuttings below that, in which it will mentioned that “Gandhi’s slipper n spectacle is missing”. Superb detailing..

Good video again!. Just a few of my opinions.
1. The next day after the riot where he meets Abhyankar, there'll a poster of "Youd & Co" Theatrical Wigs and Fancy Dress. That time Saket Ram says "I'm not a murderer" in a subtle voice. Then he says "I'm a murderer". Connecting those two, it's like he's not a real murderer, just for revenge he did wore that fancy dress.
2. In a scene, where family gathers when Mythili was pregnant (That MSS song). Saket enters into his personal room, there is a Geographical map of India at that period of time.
3. In the end, there's also a newspaper clipping saying "Gandhiji's slipper and spectacles went missing" which was taken by Saket Ram. Below that clipping, there's also another paper which I dont know what it is. But it has "1948" on the right side and and "Polic" on the left side
4. The place where Gandhi resides is "No. 5, Albequerque Road". This was also shown.
