I found this interesting. Dr V loved the different options. I have seen so many women that have done Botox have more aging later. We have 42 muscles in our face (43 with the neck) and if you stop working one muscle you really effect them all. When you stop Botox you actually droop. This isn’t science but I have seen it numerous times. Im almost 55 and I have no wrinkles and I have never done Botox. I wish we could all just love expressions and stop freezing our faces and be grateful to age. Young women doing Botox just feels so wrong. My daughter is a psychiatric nurse and says we have so many issues with young women not feeling enough from social media. It’s very sad. women and men of every age feel this way. The steps mentioned on the website are standard layering procedure not specifically for skin of colour. As our lady here very resoundingly claims that she is the only one in the world that does what she does …and as she is the one sharing this conflicting information, it only stood to reason that she (or someone in her sm team )would clear it up.

Hi I'm Navya and about to turn 14 in April [I have dry skin and skin of colour I live in a coastal region] and would like a rewiew on Dermafique pH cleanser, all imp toner and re'equil moisturizer withceramides [ I am looking forward to incorporate/ replace these into my skincare] My current skincare routine: Brevoxyl creamy wash Dabur rose water Green leaf aloe cucumber gel [ I use it summers and on very hot days, it also helped me to lighten some my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (after period acne) although the product doesn't claim to do anything of that sort] Derma essentia ultra hydrating moisturizer [ I don't really use a sunscreen 😳😱 because I'm not going anywhere coz of the pandemic,I haven't gone out sine 8 months so maybe that's ok???]Please I would like a sunscreen recommendation and a rewiew of the products mentioned My neck is itchy and when I scratch it becomes red please help 🙏🏻 The spots have not gone completely though😓 Thank you so much Dr V ❤️❤️❤️❤️ please reply

For TMJ/D and treatment of Botox, can it help reduce the nasal folds between the nose and lips / smile lines? Or would fillers be recommended in combination? After a year of Botox to the TMJ/D area, will the jaw line revert back to before or change the shape (e.g. uneven / thicker)? Or make the jawline more “pronounce” / square like? I already have a natural “V” chin / jawline and am concerned it’ll get too sharp and want to ensure if I’m not happy w/ the results and my TMJ/D becomes manageable, it’ll be ok when Botox wears off. I've been healing my acid mantle for over 3mnths now. I only cleanse and double moisturize twice a day with Cetraban and Cerave. I've seen some improvement but my skin is still very dry and doesnt seem to be producing any natural oils. After a year of Botox to the TMJ/D area, will the jaw line revert back to before or change the shape (e.g. uneven / thicker)? Or make the jawline more “pronounce” / square like? I already have a natural “V” chin / jawline and am concerned it’ll get too sharp and want to ensure if I’m not happy w/ the results and my TMJ/D becomes manageable, it’ll be ok when Botox wears off.

I've been healing my acid mantle for over 3mnths now. I only cleanse and double moisturize twice a day with Cetraban and Cerave. I've seen some improvement but my skin is still very dry and doesnt seem to be producing any natural oils.
Do you have any suggestions for how I can improve my oil production or should I be concerned especially since I'm 3mnths in?
