You must visit kerala
Just a heads up before visiting here. Most places are absolutely safe but there are some really bad neighbourhoods you really want to stay away from especially in north India in the states of Jharkhand, Bihar etc more so if you are a woman. Avoid camping outside if possible because personally i have never done it and can't really assure the safety. I know in most cases it may be absolutely safe but being a foreigner you may end up in the wrong neighbourhood. You can either travel independently or with a travel agency. If its the latter you will be in good hands but you may miss out on a lot of local experience which i think is really good in India. If its the former make sure you know the location of local police stations, hospitals etc and its better to travel in groups of 3 or more.
Now that the cautious side is out of the way, I gotta say India is not like the west, here every state feels so vastly different you may think you stepped into a different country when going from one state to another. Try to visit as many places as possible. My state of Kerala is also a good tourist destination, you can see the hill stations, beaches, backwaters, boathouse and many more. Hope your stay in our country is enjoyable and safe 😊.
Don't go to the northern side . Come to only the south is better for you

You got it wrong buddy. In Kerala, the beef is not farm grown, and the meat is freshly slaughtered i.e, the same day. The leftovers will go for refrigeration the same day.
That's fresh meat those things sold off within few hours after butchering
Its fresh meat, butchered the same day morning... beef, pork would mostly be sold on the same day, and it wont be eaten raw, would be added with spices and cooked for long hours.
