Renea, I fried a big batch of your extra crispy fried chicken this past weekend and my husband was in heaven. I flash froze a lot of it and then used my Food Saver to bag some up and put in the freezer. Thank you so much for that recipe, we will be using it at our house. We ate fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and corn on the cob (I froze it last summer) for supper Saturday night and it was delicious. My husband said that recipe is a top 10er! Keep bringing these videos, look forward to them every week.

Oh Renea, when you poured that brownie batter into that pan my mouth started wartering, it was glistening. Thank you for remaking and leaving the recipes for your favorites for us new guys, I appreciate it. My husband now asks me about every day "What did your Lady make today Mary". Hey Renee! Love the stove! But I just wanted to let you know own that the flame on your stove should burn blue. If it is orange than there is to much air flow. You can adjust your air flow. Just check the owners manual. 😊
I also saute my veggies when I'm making pizza or veggie lasagna. That way the water is out of them, they don't make the dish soggy and the flavor is wonderful!

You inspired me. I used Bok choy mixed with red cabbage & celery in saute. Added to tortillas & some meat for various meals.
There's not one meal I wouldn't eat that ms.renae cooks,when I say I WOULD ABSOLUTELY EAT EVERYTHING SHE COOK,I WOULD,She's very neat and clean
Cream cheese icing is also amazing on the brownies. I usually put pecans in the icing but if I’m going to sell it I don’t because there’s too many people allergic to pecans. So yummy.
Thanks for the wonderful soup and brownie recipes! Renea, have you grown bok choy in your garden. After you told us how healthy it is, I started researching and it looks like maybe a cooler summer climate like yours is what it needs.
I SO enjoy your videos! I have the same stove…but mine is the two oven model. My tip (even though you didn’t ask 😂), make sure to lift UP and away and remove the grates to wipe the top down. When I first got mine, I had a habit of just lifting up the front of each grate, which left the back of the grate to slip and scratch the stainless at the back of the stove.
Will be trying these soon. You should sell tubs of frosting along with your brownies.
Hi Renea, I’ve got a tip for you! When you chop garlic if you sprinkle some salt on your cutting board and chop the garlic in the salt it will ensure that all the garlic juice will be captured in the salt and will enhance your garlic in whatever dish you are adding it to. Just thought of it when I saw you cutting up the garlic and I wanted to share a tip with you since you share so many awesome ideas!! Thank you!!🥰❤️🇨🇦🙏🏻

Good to know I’m not the only one who attempts a regular pot of soup and end up having to freeze a lot because I add everything but the kitchen sink. I love ALL the veggies. It’s also the way I use up left over and going to go bad vegetables.

Hi Renea. Gosh, I'm still laughing over the brownie batter situation. I've never seen two girls jump up so fast and say "I do," when you ask who wanted the beater. I was calming down from laughter just watching them enjoy and licking their treats in the living room when you said "Who wants the spatula?" and Mr. Rayna could be heard from the living room saying, "That's mine." and I just cracked up all over again.
Just wanted you to know for your bake sales, I do that same procedure (with the baking sheet) with my Toll House cookie recipe (found on the bag of Nestle's Toll House Chocolate Chips). I do one batch but instead of dropping them as cookies, I grease the baking sheet, dollop all the batter onto the pan, use the offset spatula to spread it out in an even layer and bake in a 375°F oven for exactly 15 minutes. I haven't found a person yet that doesn't absolutely love them. And like brownies, when you take them to a pot luck or family picnic, or party, they don't need any utensils or plates to eat them once you've cut them into squares as I'm sure you must do when you sell your brownies.

Would a clay bear; it’s the only one I have seen, you put one in your container and it keeps the moisture out. Maybe that might help keep the coco dry dry and not clump? I know they are made out of clay and I have seen folks put one in their brown sugar jar. I just joined your channel and am new to your videos. Your kitchen utensils are awesome. I have never seen such quality pans, mixer, and frying pans. I am amazed at your huge pots and just the kitchen every thing. I used to cook for my three youngen’s. ❤ how you handle those huge pots and pans. Don’t mean to repeat myself. Your style is unique. I feel like I am in the kitchen (literally) with you. I am 77yrs old and I can hardly manage to get food for us to eat. Cooking is difficult. Enough of that. I wanted to say thank you for sharing your recipes. Where were you when I needed you teach me how to cook. Ok; I live in Howell, Michigan and we are going to get a storm so I have to go and prepare for it. Enjoy your granddaughters I had five teenagers girls here at my house, they had never been all together at ounce. They were absolutely, nerve racking and I ❤ every second of the madness. They ate me out of house and home. I even had my youngest daughter come over and help me cook. Feeding them was wild. We had a great time. I envy you. Thanks again. Sincerely. You can make them lunch lady pizza and it is easy to make and feeds a croud. I don't have one of the little clay bears but I really should get one. I always say that my grands eat more than some countries do. Lol

I reuse my ziplock bags too. I put them and my shower caps in my washer with my dish towels and dish cloths😂 Hot soapy water. I use to do daycare..have a bottle dryer. Drape them over to dry. 😂
