I can just screen shot and add them directly to my iPad photo album and move them to my recipe album😊 Also, your commercial mixer may seem like a big expense, but if you’re burning out smaller mixers and replacing them often, it’s an investment! As much baking as you do for the market stand (and lucky family and friends) it was sorely needed. But maybe some shims under your stand😊

Does the net weight of the cake mix matter? The net weight of cake mixes has decreased with “shrinkflation”, making some recipes not turn out right unless you add 3 ounces extra dry cake mix. Thank you.❤
