LeMans Ultimate POV - 2.4hrs of LeMans special event

This was a very interesting first event for sure! This was my longest single stint drive in a SIM and wearing a GoPro strapped to my head left me with a headache. I started way at the back of the pack and dodged the lap one carnage by inches in some cases. Overall, I was rewarded with a P5 finish. I have to say that this SIM really impresses me... the lighting as the sun went down felt really realistic and looked beautiful. That being said I had a TON of problems with cabin lighting as the sun set. I wasn't able to get my cabin lighting to turn down so until I pitted I was being blinded which really hurt my lap times. Once I was able to pit and adjust them, I was able to get back up to speed for the most part. Super fun, super challenging... was a blast to run.
