@@Unknown-ie3uj him literally doing the craziest shit by kidnapping them, keeping them tied up, and not permitting them to be in contact with the outside world and making it seem like it’s for their own good (+that there’s no better option other than the one he’s forcing) using their physical and emotional vulnerability when it’s really so that he can have control over where they are and what they do. he also uses certain words and phrases to guilt them into “behaving.” like talking about what he’s comfortable with (boundaries) even though he knows he’s very illegally crossed that line with them, constantly making them do things they aren’t comfortable or safe doing.
When he knows how to communicate but he's crazy 😂😂..

Wow…this may be my favourite Yandere audio ever. The voice acting from panic, to desperation, to anger, to manipulative and soothing, I was absolutely swooning. This character is incredible, I can’t wait to see where the story goes!!

My favorite thing abt this audio is that Ivan says “The windows have bars” and he got bars for the window in the audio where they went on a walk. It’s also revealed in that audio that Baby won’t have the ropes on their hands anymore due to good behavior, and have free reign of the house.
This means Baby has been purposefully “acting good”, and never got the Stockholm Syndrome we thought they had. They’re easily manipulated but Ivan is easily tricked
There are moments on the channel where your VA abilities go to another level…Caelum coming to FL for help after being hurt by Vega…Milo trying desperately to shift again…

god this was so perfect for halloweek. the opening to this audio was genuinely fear instilling, with the heartbeat, the footsteps, the glass shattering, and the VOICE ACTING WOW. hearing what ivan’s dad said to him at such a young age would normally make me think “don’t use your pain as an excuse to inflict it upon others” but then i think of flyboi ivan, and my heart just aches 😞
TERRIFYING in the best way, fantastic spooks for Halloweek, oh my god. Vega influenced Ivan is a little heartbreaking, and the contrast between the opener and how this ends is *chefs kiss*

He did a Psychology degree before kidnapping me😢 This is a piece of art. As a dark romance reader this took me in a wild ride. I understand the danger in this behavior, especially being a Psychology major myself, but to me, personally, I loved finding content like this. It provides me time to escape my reality, helps me navigate that hidden side of me. I loved this, definitely keep it up!!!

The way Erik writes these kinds of characters is always so scary how good they are. Both Regulus and Ivan srsly get my heartbeat rising.. and i love that its psychological horror rather than just screams and loud noises and spooky stuff idk.. its super interesting

I could almost taste the panic as Ivan begins to spiral, looking for Baby, trying to keep composure, tight composure. To immerse myself in one perspective is scary enough but diving into both really heightens the horror, the essence of the torment in both of them as well. I hurt a lot, listening to Ivan talk about family, how the love was transactional. It hurts because I’ve been in this spot and still am. Whether family or friends, everything came with a price tag. That really hit home for me. Something as beautiful as love and the vulnerability that comes with it, shouldn’t have a price tag, it should be given without fear, received without fear as well. This makes me so sad how love can move you, but when love becomes something else, something else, corrupting the concept within you, it can immobilize you instead. The writing, sound, editing, design, and voice acting was phenomenal. I really do love how you write and portray each of the voices of your characters, Erik. I am able to reach into parts of myself that might be scary, but I always feel I can do so in a safe space. It’s like walking into a dark room, I can reach for the light switch, but decide to continue walking in the dark, knowing I will be okay. Thank you for the safe space, always.
now I always think of how Cam had to experience these memories, too. such a devastating story. obviously so many people have such strong reactions to the entire Ivan series because this is incredible writing/acting (and we all know this isn’t a glorified “relationship”- just a darn good piece of work). scary good!
This kinda makes me think if you could look at these vids as Cam living through these memories

I'm so glad you decided to bring Ivan back again!! He really is still one of my favorite characters on the channel. I never imagined we'd get a SECOND surprise video from him.
And it was everything i could have hoped it would be. The intensity, the glimpse into Ivan's thought processes, the way his grip on his anger slips, before he clamps back down on it in favor of comforting and disarming.
this feels like such a different reaction to the window incident, and i feel like that says so much about how much their "relationship" has developed.

The worst (best) part is that Ivan had some really good advice... if you just forget the fact that Baby is tied up the whole time he's calming them down and subtly-not-so-subtly blaming *them* for the whole thing.

and baby was scared. it took ivan a while to find them, so no doubt they believed they could actually escape. they've been constantly manipulated by ivan to believe he's nice and unassuming as well, so probably didn't expect him to flip out as much as he did.

I saved this listen for a rainy day and I am glad I did. This made me genuinely flinch multiple times. I've missed Ivan so damn much, he is so complex and terrifying. The use of the heartbeats in this gave me flashbacks to last year Imperium Lasko.

So this is one of RP audios i ever listened to, and I just came back to it and it reminded me of the quality I found right away and why I joined Redacted's Patreon. ❤I just want to say that this hits SO different when you watch the whole story. You go from thinking Ivan is just monologuing to there being actual depth and brainwashing and there is gaslighting and severe psychological and emotional (and physical but thankfully Redacted has uh, kinda redacted those scenes) so you can focus more on the intense and true psychological terror and continually questioning yourself as Listener does.
