Ranveer Allahbadia runs BeerBiceps - CZcams channel for everything from Workouts, diet plans, health food, fitness and motivation. He did start off as a fitness and cooking enthusiast, because they were his two biggest passions. But over the course of time, he discovered his third passion - helping people. Now BeerBiceps has become the Indian lifestyle CZcams channel. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
