Horrible that such an event enjoyed by so many in prior years became this nightmare. My question is where we’re the town officials? The event was held on a Friday. I find it very hard to believe that sheriffs, state troopers, the fire company, and town police never noticed a single traffic jam that day in sleepy small town of Catskill? They did not even walk in to the event to see what the crowds were about in a venue that supposedly holds 500 people? There was no concern for the possible dangers of overcrowding? This was not held on the outskirts of town, this was walking distance to Main Street. The police station is right on Main Street as is the fire dept and the court house and DMV and no one noticed or thought to ask? Thank God there weren’t serious injuries because the local hospital could not have handled so many people. Unfortunately some people fell and that shouldn’t happen because of unsafe planning. I did not attend but I would have panicked in that crowd when realizing there were limited ways to get out of that building in an emergency. It doesn’t to take much to spread panic in a crowd these days. This is so much more than bad weather and the unfortunate loss of income which is no joke, but this was an extremely dangerous gathering which seems like the town, Foreland and Felicia just shrugged their shoulders and looked the other way. Credit to anyone who came forward with their story and thank you Austin Green for reporting on this. The local paper did not cover this story but I did read an article written by Maria M. I mean their split toe boots, and I’m if you’re interested in something, like fashion or shoes, you can easily recognize certain shoes or pieces of clothing. They are pretty mild boots. But from personal experience, when you like something like fashion, you’re eyes can basically instantly recognize something. Especially if their massive boots, with spilt toes. -idk if she wore them when they met, but once you get inside their home and see massive boots Itd be pretty easy to spot.

The event was held on a Friday. I find it very hard to believe that sheriffs, state troopers, the fire company, and town police never noticed a single traffic jam that day in sleepy small town of Catskill? They did not even walk in to the event to see what the crowds were about in a venue that supposedly holds 500 people? There was no concern for the possible dangers of overcrowding? This was not held on the outskirts of town, this was walking distance to Main Street. The police station is right on Main Street as is the fire dept and the court house and DMV and no one noticed or thought to ask? Thank God there weren’t serious injuries because the local hospital could not have handled so many people. Unfortunately some people fell and that shouldn’t happen because of unsafe planning. I did not attend but I would have panicked in that crowd when realizing there were limited ways to get out of that building in an emergency. It doesn’t to take much to spread panic in a crowd these days. This is so much more than bad weather and the unfortunate loss of income which is no joke, but this was an extremely dangerous gathering which seems like the town, Foreland and Felicia just shrugged their shoulders and looked the other way. Credit to anyone who came forward with their story and thank you Austin Green for reporting on this. The local paper did not cover this story but I did read an article written by Maria M.
