I love collecting tips, mainly kitchen tips, and sharing them with others. This video was chock full of very useful tips.
The way you were individually wrapping and freezing many of your foods is how I wrap raw chicken breasts and salmon fillets, bought when on sale. Once about six or so pieces are in the freezer bag, I roll up the bag, from bottom to open top, to squeeze out the air before closing. No freezer burn, even after a year.

I have a tip when freezing soups and sauces in freezer bags. Put the empty bag in a two-cup measuring cup, and fold the top over, creating a cuff. Pour or spoon your soup or sauce in, almost to the top of the cup. Remove bag from the cup, place on flat or inclined surface, and flatten out. Store flat in the freezer. This seems to be the right amount (about half the bag) so that it’s thin enough to just break off pieces once frozen.

This is the first time I’ve ever watched a video longer than ten minutes where I did NOT check how much time was left every so often.

34:20 i think a bungee cord with hooked ends is a better option; and they're not so expensive either, i've seen them available at Dollar Tree
35:13 looks like we have opposite priorities, i wouldn't want to damage the knife blade; but i wouldn't spend more than a couple of bucks on that pan, so if it accidentally gets scratched, mehh 🤷‍♂

Rezip brand is more expensive. However the longevity makes it cheaper. Believe me tried the up&up and reusable brand. Came back to rezip silcone bags.

DO NOT USE A PIZZA SLICER FOR HERBS!!! That's way more dangerous than just using a knife

@@pizzapie08 probably because it's much easier to slip and slice your fingers. I would advise using scissors if you want to make quick work of both pizza and herbs. I don't even own a pizza cutter because I use my kitchen shears for cutting pizza

I don't even bother to remove the foil from the wine bottle. I just drill thru it with the screw and pop up the cork.
