Multiple use: Zest your citrus before squeezing them for their juice. The zest can be saved for various recipes or and beverages.
The zest freezes well too.
I like to make ice cubes with citrus zests to ice my water and tea with.
I’ve used one cube to cool down scalding hot tea and the addition of the citrus zest is nice and refreshing.
5:24 You can also use it for onions if you want slices that are the same thickness, but you have to be careful because of the thin blade thingies

Did I sleep through part of this video? I didn't see anything about wasting bread or uncrustables. I didn't even know what uncrustables were, I had to Google it. Why do you think they are disgusting? They should taste like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Also, for the bread you cut off, just make divine bread crumbs out of it, or a bread pudding.
