I first saw you on Evan's channel on a few videos and actually had no idea at all that you were trans until I went to your own channel. Wow. If you didn't talk about it I definitely wouldn't have guessed. I hope if either of my children felt they weren't comfortable with the gender they are they would watch your journey, you've done it with humour and honesty and I hope it just gets better and easier for you.

I’m a cis woman and have only recently found your channel (through Evan) and I suffer a lot with my health. What you said about the highs and lows of T and that the closer you get to having to take your next shot really resonated with me - I’m EXACTLY the same (I’m on high strength pain killers) I get the sweats, shivers, turn my phone off, don’t talk or eat. I can’t control it. As selfish as this sounds; I’m glad I’m not alone ❤ (also please come back to Southampton in 2023 - it’s on my bucket list but I’m disabled and can’t travel far. The periods sound like you have endometriosis- which sucks, but I got the nexplanon implant which stopped my periods entirely and the pain to.

Depi is cool, I was on it for years. Mirena however is 100x better. Hormones are localised so fewer systemic issues, plus all the glorious side effects like absence of leaking blood. Highly recommend. Can get it put in under twilight sedation to minimise dysphoria also

You are not alone in having to take special medication for periods. 😒 I have been on special meds since I was 13 because of how bad my cycle is. I have Endometriosis and PCOS AND 2 (YES! TWO!) uteruses! Which both shed at the same freaking time and as such the swelling literally makes me lose feeling in my legs so sometimes I will just fall down. I also can't be touched or lay down because I will pass out or vomit from the pain. So I feel you.... It freaking sucks 😭

I was on depo for several years. It made me gain a lot of weight, loose most of my sex drive and depressed me. I did better once I changed to Mirina IUD but I still felt better when I went off hormonal contraceptives all together. I hope you have a better experience with depo.
Hit the gym, or a sport, or pilates make the most of the testosterone. It'll help with the anxiety and mood. Also, having a muscular body is great for self esteem, the Tshot will really help build muscle.

I'm high sensitive and have anxiety and hearing about the peak and then the drop makes me very happy that I am on Nebido shots (it's more steady and lasts for 3 months). I am really sensitive to peaks and drops like that haha
