Just do what this lady says and nothing else. Watch and rewatch her videos, memorize her words and take notes. I've been a pharmacy tech for a few years and landed my dream job yesterday at a major biopharmaceuticals company. My salary went from almost 40k to 85k, life changing! My interviews were tough but I was prepared and they thanked me for being so prepared and LOVED the hard hesitancy question. Cass, I'm sincerely thankful for you. I'm blown away, truly!
Thank you so much Crystal! Would it be okay if I shared this?
@@CassThompsonConsulting absolutely!
What is the hard hesitancy question?
Totally agree STAR is vital to know for interviews! Even if they don't specifically ask for the format, it helps paint a picture without rambling like you said.
I actually used this strategy and suggestions during my behavioural interview and guess what, I got the job! Thank you so much! You guys, this definitely helps! ❤️
I think we've all had that one interview where it took us 20 mins to answer 1 question lol
Thank you Casandra, I have watched many of your videos and it has really helped. I managed to get a job offer for a clinical role within the mental health field. The Star method was especially helpful. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge :)
This is the absolute best method of answering a behavioral interview question. The best thing is that if you practice these answers they can be used for multiple specific questions; you feel more prepared and less stressed going into the interview.
Anytime I interview now I come to watch your videos as reminders and those reminders relax my nerves. Got me a supervisor role back in 2020 now interviewing for a different supervisor role within my company
Another great video, Cassandra! My biggest takeaway: “The Money is in the Result!”
Thank you, Cass. This video makes sense! I appreciate your expertise and examples. You always help me with my interview needs.
Love it - thanks !
I have multiple interviews this week and these are such great tips and tricks! Thank you Cassandra!
I agree with you about looking at the resume for 6 seconds. I repeatedly have interviewers unprepared, and looking up my resume while in the interview with me. They often come dressed in sweatpants and a T-shirt while I have on the nicest clothes I have in my closet. I have to squirm through 4 interviews trying to come up with scenarios for every question. This process is too much, I don't know what is going on anymore. I think companies really need to only have 2-3 people interviewing for these positions. How is it fair to go a month and then get dismissed because you are 1 of 100 candidates being interviewed?
Posted at the perfect time! Thanks for your relevant information.
I really prepped hard on behavioral questions. I had an interview and 80% of the questions were those. It was an hour long interview. Because I was so well prepared on those questions and others, my interview lasted an extra 30 minutes as we were conversing about my end of interview questions. It was awesome and I really understood what it takes to be successful in that role.
I just got my first job,!
Hello there! New to your CZcams Channel. I’m finally getting it. I will continue listening to your career tips. Thank you so much.😊
You got this!
@@CassThompsonConsulting Appreciate the feedback…
What do people think about the expanded PARADE or the shortened CAR method.
I hate these questions there is no need for them. Who wants to hear drama from your last jobs? I wish they would abolish these questions. And ask questions that truly important to the job.
You are a bit hyper hard to follow. Please slow down and stop using so many hands
Tell me about the time, the way you have beautiful eyes.
