- We had a look around the new housing development Kings Landing in Linstead St Catherine off the Linstead bypass. This development when completed will consist of 3,4 & 5 bedroom houses, town houses, and apartments. We looked at a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom unit. The development will feature a swimming pool, kids play area, jogging trails, and fitness centre. Prices for the 3 bedroom 3/12 units start at $270,000 USD, $40,000,000 JMD, and £ 191,000 GBP.
This is the best house I have seen so far. All the other developments are small. The ceiling is very beautiful.

I really love the House but i cannot afford them for me it best to get a land n build. Even land these days for so expensive but by the grace of God i know get something
The dream to build is the way most of use would love to go however, with the price of land in desirable areas, the material cost and project managers fees (unless this is your area of expertise) this saves the headaches.

I definitely think it's worth the money. It's a beautiful traditional house. I just wish homeownership of this quality was accessible to all but that's life.

Dubble garage and more space inside wow it's certainly bigger than most of the gated community complexes I've seen and the price is not bad either about the same as other new built-in other complex

Growing up the sitting room was the special room in the home.... coming and going through this takes away the feng shui...

That’s a really good price, nice and cosy property for my retirement, the only draw back for me was the kitchen cupboards. Other than that I could really see myself living there 😊
Not my style of built also interior, but a lovely spacious home tour so far. But it is very nice all the same. My parents would of loved that. Nice work 👌 again, all the way from London England ❤️💯🇬🇧🇯🇲😉
I'm vex Deeza as you would not believe it. The closet corridor design is exactly how I've sketched mine a couple of years ago. I carry the sketch around on my phone and ipad to keep inspiring myself as my vision board to get the house built. In Gods grace its got to happen. Nice house and good video. I'd change kitchen though and a massive rain head shower😜. 🇬🇧🇯🇲

So true! Every development is the same in terms of layout except for Whitehouse Beach Club. There are some developments in Kingston that we will be featuring soon that have different layouts, but the price.... OMG very expensive.

I love the house but I don’t like that there’s no bathtubs. What if you have small children how do you give them a bath?
buckets stop sell? kidding.. can easily fit a tub in one of the bathrooms
@@luchendavidson3455 hmm...easily? At that price one should have come with the house. The plumbing work might cause you to drill the wall and floor to install water supply and drainage for the bath.
The houses are ok....but too pricey for Linstead Im afraid.

Manners and Prayers . In the US you would pay between .99cent and 1.25 Dollars for the mango. Unless Shopping at Big Box Store. Where 6 that size would be 6.00 Dollars.

At today’s exchange rate the property is equivalent to 38 million JMD. Whenever the exchange rate changes then the house price in Jamaican dollars changes also, so please be mindful of that. 🙏🏾

What are the amenities in Linstead, pls?
5 minutes from this development is Linstead Town centre and market, which is a well known market.
40mil 😳 Paying for security and amenities. If you have it go for it.
