Very nice as a developer these are truly beautiful. We can’t wait to start the showing of our luxury gated units in st Elizabeth starting at $130,000 with 14 feet high ceiling and 9 Ft tall windows open floor plan.

So I went to check out the development. It really is as beautiful as it is in the video....however? They are almost sold out and the biggest disappointment for me is that the units with the view of the ocean...includong the model units are ALL sold out.....not sure if im interested in the remaining units to the back of the scheme...but will think about it.
The houses on the outside of the development looks way better.
The yard space for the 3 bedroom looks much smaller than the 2 bedrooms. That house for sale is as a result of the development...lol. escaping the inevitable increase in traffic thay the new development will bring.
Rooms are much bigger than bedrooms in England, especially in London and especially the new developments here. Also most properties in England does not have en-suite or built in wardrobe. That’s two of the advantages of houses in Jamaica

Buy land and build its cheaper and u have more choices. You chose what u want , how big u want it and what u want in it.

Whats the legal pack on cost as well as the price, do you also have a choice of kitchen units and closet spaces colours, and can you get a fully furnished unit
You do get a choice of kitchen units from what I’ve been told, but they do not do units fully furnished. I’m no realtor, I just visit the new developments and video and list the unit prices 😆 but you can of course contact the sales agents. The contact number is featured at the end of the video 🙏🏾❤️

Nice vlog.However, the roads are bad.Oviously, there are well established homes,so they have been driving on those horrible roads.Personally,I wouldn’t buy any house, any where,if they don’t have good roads and those are some beautiful houses.
The developers for Pyramid point will be fixing these roads once they near completion of the works. They will not fix the roads just yet as there are still trucks carrying materials for the house still yet to be built.

This property does not have beach access, but is only 5 or less to the beach
For all my fellow Canadians that are watching, apparently what is calling a washroom, that's the laundry room. Here in Canada, we refer to the bathroom as "washroom" lol. Great property through, I love it!

I can't express how desperate Jamaicans abroad are to come home and the developers know this and are capitalising, some would say exploiting. So what do we do? Family and friends are telling us to only come back to gated communities. We are not welcomed in the UK... A lot of Diasporan's are looking to the Motherland (Gambia and Ghana specifically). But Home is home.... Sigh...

Developers are forced to use open concept in order to meet the approving authorities "habitable rooms per acre" ratio.
$2500 US is astronomical for AC.I paid less than $1500 CANADIAN to put AC in a new built 4 Bedroom house. These prices are rip a off. All I can say is do your research & negotiate. Considering the outside of the community need alot of work and upgrades.
Powder room is too close to the kitchen. Room opening into another room; missing a hallway. Absolutely no foyer. The one tub is small. Looking for a built-in tub; Jacuzzi; or garden tub with a window. They'd have to fix the roads before; Jamaica still have those same pot holes I left 40 yrs ago; a promise is a comfort to a fool.
