    • Five Feet High and Rising
    • When I've Learned (Enough)

BTW - I was at the Carnegie Hall concert in May '62 and Cash was in such bad shape with laryngitis that the recording equipment was unplugged. George Jones was also on that show. Tompall and the Glaser Bros backed up Cash on several songs from his latest L.P. "The Sound of Johnny Cash." Was the first person in his dressing room, thanks to Marshall Grant.. Still have the program from it.

Is that a 12 string guitar that Cash is playing in the photos? Saw him a lot in the early '60's but never saw him use a 12 string.

Those first photos were from a different venue (likely 64/65), not from 62, so that's why you never saw him use THAT particular guitar. However, he did have a 12 string by as early as early 63. It was smaller and had darker shades that can be seen on his Hootenany(film) appearance in 63.

I hate clicking on a video that appears to have live footage, just to learn it was merely a picture. That's a well earned dislike, right there.

You could have taken it in stride, but no, you're a dick, and that's an earned unsubscribe. Cash wouldn't have respected that.
