The songs here are marvelous, it's hard to understand why they didn't want to release them back then, but I am sure they have had their reasons. JC voice here sounds excellent, the band plays those songs with much variety for tracks, that in it's whole could be attributed to the genre of folk country. A definite highlight is JC recorded actual singing voice in "Rosalie's Good Eats Cafe", hitting some higher (non bass) notes and singing varying melodies.
AWESOME STUFF. LOVE THIS KIND OF UNRELEASED MUSIC

Pretty sure these tracks were recorded in his own studio. Some of these songs have been done over a period of years. And yes some of these tracks are just, new material. Either way it was a great listen!
