There’s really no way to have more admiration for some big job guy, all serious and professional, wearing an Omega watch with Snoopy on it. Keeping the funny/kid side makes people lighter for others and themselves. Great collab. I wonder if one day I will be able to have one of these.
It’s not a Collab, Omega have alaways had snoopy on their watches, because when they first went to the moon they wore a speedmaster and they also had a big snoop teddy as a Mascot, that’s why snoopy is always on Special Omega watches.

They are available, the boutique just won't sell it to you without you spending like 50k on other stuff at retail price first.

@@danielmuzz5983 Might be a little different now but I talked to an Omega boutique employee in Vegas a year ago and he let it slip that they offered one to a guy who had 50k in spend with them. Could be very different for a standard AD that has an Omega account. The boutiques are probably where they are sending these since they can make more profit selling watches without a discount for the most part.
Spoken with 3x AD's on this. The only places that are getting stock are the OMEGA Boutique's. I've been on a very large AD's wait list since launch and they returned deposits a few months ago due to never having received one.
An OMEGA Boutique in London said their waitlist was full, unless I "had interest in starting a collection and spending history" with that store that day.
The Snoopy caseback complications can only be made by a certain elite few watchmakers. Also, production has slowed down immensely on this timepiece. This is not a timepiece that you can just mass produce.

You can get the watch from the retailer, you’ll have to be on a waiting list but you CAN absolutely get it. It's a wonderful piece and it's well worth the wait. Talk to your Omega boutique

Especially in this “day and age” it's crucial to support the artistry and innovation, by doing the comparison you did and adding that anything above 100 dollars is absurd - is nonsensical, to say the least.
There are other things Omega makes and this inspires you to want to buy after seeing this. It’s true believe it or not. Maybe a little less negativity in your life might do you good. Just saying, it really is a better way to live.

Disappointing that Omega has decided to take a page out of Rolex handbook and put pieces aside where waiting list is determined by customers purchase history.
This is one of the few Omega watches that has huge waiting list. Everyone wants one.
@@almac9203 The Omega boutique I buy boutique only pieces flat out told me that if I bought more of my watches from them instead of the AD I typically go to, they would prioritize my interest. That’s not what Omega use to be. That’s more Rolex
@@MrAumbra these are going for 3 to 4 times retail on the secondary market. They are prioritizing a scarce product. Some boutiques are spelling it out in plain English and some are subtlety doing it but they are basically giving these to the better customers. This happens throughout most industries from Watches to handbags to cars to sneakers. The pandemic has brought shortages and brought in more flippers which has made the situation worse.
Omega is just something else. So daring for such an old brand
Every single night I’m watching Omega’s videos until I fall asleep. I may never afford to buy one, but even dreaming about having one silver snoopy on my wrist is sooo pleasant. Let’s hope I dream it soon. 🤩😅
I registered my interest 12 to 18 months before release knowing they would do an anniversary watch. Yep still on that list, my AD recently said more are going abroad than here in the UK 🇬🇧 still hoping though.

It´s sad to see Omega advertising watches they can not deliver. I am on the waiting list for nearly two years now. I saw the watch last week at the Omega Boutique in Bienne and it looks fantastic. They placed it directy on the opposite side of the entrance. Very impressive :-) But even there, the watch is not deliverable and I even can´t order it as a "valued customer" as they called us in the boutique.
It would be an honest reaction from Omega to advertise only watches, they acually can produce and deliver in reasonably quantities. This was one of the reasons, I never even thought of buying a Rolex as my wedding watch but an SMP 300 in 2019. Then, Omega made the watchtes "for the rest of us", who do not want to wait for a watch longer than for a modern, mass produced car.
I'll think Omega starts to following the rule of Rolex only valuable customers (big spenders)
@@Lephuu Omega only do that for a few special editions. Fair enough as they can't fill the orders. Only applies to special edition Speedmasters.

I was lied to by Omega Boutique staff. Was told that if I spent “x amount”; I would be guarantee one. Bought 3 watches so far and was given nothing but excuses by Boutique Manager too.

Waitlist and deposit since October 2020. Initially told up to 6 months until delivery. AD still "guarantees 100%, from the Omega reps mouth" that this will be delivered. However, they confirmed that they have not received a single piece. Omega will be on the 55th anniversary snoopy before they can deliver this watch to the people they told "it's not limited" and "whoever wants one can get one". Deceitfully transparent, as is the case with this watch, is actually worse than Rolex's silly tactics. At least when I was told my GMT would come in 3-6 months, it did.

Been on waitlist at the local Omega Boutique since the day it was announced. Don't have a big purchasing history there but still hoping. Checking in every two months or so and the boutique manager just confirms I'm on the list still but they can't say if and when I'll be allocated one.

My guy at the boutique told me they have to send the list of all their customers to switzerland every year, and switzerland needs to “approve” if someone wants a snoopy. Technically everyone that gets approved are guaranteed one in that year, but only 2 got approved this year at that boutique. Almost feels like I’m building the relationship and buying watches for the next snoopy instead of this one lol. Also it is impossible to get it from ADs now, just give up if you are on the “list” at your local AD.
