Fellow Texan from San Antonio I love it especially since my kids love healthy stuff
H-E-B Has globalist a “charity fund” that lobby for everything that’s basically anti-Texan! from open borders to corrupt voting to putting a black history Museum in the Alamo when it doesn’t belong there.
H-E-B is using his charity fund board members to sue Greg at it for a more corrupt voting system and taking these members and putting them in our communities like the board committee for the Alamo. One quick check on LinkedIn and Facebook and you’ll see how these corrupt charities are basically, basic training to subvert our culture.

HEB is the best! They take care of Texans when we need them most. The HEB by my house is 120,000 square feet, when it opened we walked around like it was a mall.
Edit to say: Their 50% mark downs on “unwanted” food and produce are also great. My HEB has a clearance isle that includes household products.

Okay you have to try pasta imported from Italy! Not only are they normally only one or two ingredients but the wheat is a better quality because they don't spray Roundup on it! The taste and quality is so much better and I seriously cannot go back! I'm so happy that I found your channel! I'm subscribing for more videos just like this one! Go to central market. Central Market is HEB's fancy store I believe. Also in December try a Texas grapefruit.
Central Market is my favorite. Best quality meats and fresh bread. Love that store! Natural Grocers is a good store too.
If your looking for local farms come to Dripping. We have the best Waygu beef supplier and it’s affordable. Also lamb, eggs, chicken etc etc. our farmers market is amazing too.

I make a hummus that’s made from avacado instead of chickpeas cuz chickpeas and other beans make me feel bloated so a chickpea free hummus from an avacado is a great hummus for you to try out too I’d love to see you make one your an amazing cook and make delicious meals and foods and drinks and desserts!

You nailed it Yovana. Thanks for sharing. My wife and are native Austinites. We shop H-E-B and Central Market (H-E-B gourmet grocery store) I don’t know if you have been to “Central Market” they are known for the higher end grocery products. They also have catering, cooking and wine classes etc.

a few things to help you out: yes, red meat has good nutritional value, however it also has downsides. which is why it should be eaten in moderation. as for applegate, it's still processed. they use "natural" nitrates instead of synthetic nitrates but there's no evidence saying those are safe. it's actually the opposite. again, moderation. read the fine print.
I haven't shopped at an HEB in over 3 years. I like going to Sprouts & Trader Joe's and sometimes Randall's . TFS
if ever had problems with candida etc id highly recommend not to eat anything (tomato sauce in that case) that is sour'd with citric acid - its irritating (just like vinegar...but ppl dont seem to care about that one either - despite it being just as bad 🤪)

HEBs are great but in the Austin area Whole Foods Markets are where you find the hottest ladies in yoga pants. I think it’s mandatory that women shop in workout gear. 👌🏼
