So helpful. I’m building a holiday home and wanted to use my usual builder from primary home. Why are you not advising it -is it costly is it the network please expand on this point thank you 🙏🏾

@thelifestyledco Thanks for responding you advised against using a builder from another location but didn’t expand on the reasons-so my question is why not what are the considerations- thanks
Not sure that was said. Jason said he builds in a particular area, I assume commute time is essential for all involved ESPECIALLY if you want your builder on site everyday. If they hv 4 projects simultaneously going on, distance is a huge deal.
