Hi from Australia, we renovated the main bathroom about 3 months ago and put the Vanity outside of the wet space with a sliding door in between the two areas, it was a smallish are, but i absolutely love it, so glad i stuck with the design as it not a common thing to see. We have adult children and it works well, some one can get ready for work even if the shower is being occupied. Just found your channel and loving your style so much.

Beautiful. 20 years ago I lived in a townhome with a sink in the bedroom and a wet closet. It was fantastic. I could do my makeup while my husband took a shower.

Why are the houses in the US not made of bricks and concrete?
Hi there! There are lots of houses made of brick and concrete in the US!
Not sure about the sinks in the bedroom ESPECIALLY for kids. I just envision water always getting on the floor, makeup messes, hair spray etc. Ian the bathroom it’s very washable water friendly area. I don’t know what kind of flooring is going in their bedroom but Im sure it’s not tile. The girls are approaching teen years which mean a lot of makeup hair stuff and lots of girl friends also getting ready in there. 😬 I think your going to really regret it. You haven’t raised teenage girls yet to understand.
