  • English and Norwegian. Reading you different words and sentences in Trøndersk - a Norwegian dialect. Soft spoken ASMR to help you fall asleep. Barely audible calming music in the background.

I absolutely adored this video, I love learning about your culture and learning about the differences between your dialect and official Norwegian is so interesting. The way you described it really resonated with me, I am from Scotland and I think that my dialect is seen as very harsh, and we have a lot of our own specific words that others do not understand in the rest of the UK. The word itj is a sound that we also have in my dialect that a lot of English speakers struggle to say lol! I also loved the book that you had the words on, it was so beautiful. ❤️ Thank you for the shout out! ❤️

loved this video! i'm from Spain but studying Swedish so I really like anything related to Scandinavian languages, and specially Norwegian dialects! crazy how some of them have nothing to do with standard norwegian (and so different from Swedish!). not only informative but also super relaxing, well done!

This is easily one of my favorite asmr videos on CZcams. I loved the soft speaking, the language aspect (I'm learning Norwegian), the mythical book, the lighting, the way the words were presented within the book. But the thing I loved the most, by far, was how you outline the shapes on the page with the wand while speaking. It's so simple but really effective. I'd love to see some more picture tracing like this. So many tingles!

You’re very kind to introduce us to Norsk, language as well as literature and other cultural factors. Like many others whose parents or besteforeldre come from Norge, I am helped to learn Norwegian by hearing you speak. I don’t relate to all the asmr sounds and taping and stuff
Like that, but I appreciate that asmr is a language, too, that partially overlaps all languages. My best wishes and gratitude to you.

was very cool to see trondørsk words! I am personally interested in learning more about dialects from Nordnorge -- lofoten, vesterålen, ofoten, and trøms (that kind of general pocket of the country in northern nordland county and troms county) but I cant find much info in english and my norwegian isnt quite up to snuff yet to read about it in norwegian. I think my best bet is befriending a nordman from anywhere there, just luck o' the draw, and asking them to teach me their dialect! lol
