- My friend Arnaq is back :) the video quality could be better but the sound is binaural and very clean. Please write a comment if you want us to make more and we will make a setup with better lighting and picture quality.
NB: Arnaq has kindly pointed out that the langauge is Kalaalisut and not Inuktitut. I've changed the title accordingly. - Zábava
I've never heard this language before. It's simply exquisite.
Spoken like this it is. When she's screaming at you to take the trash out of the igloo at 3 in the morning it's a different beast
I AGREE WITH YOU FROM MÉXICO i knew about the language but what a voice!
@@Bubbles99718 LMAAAOOOOOOOO
Eskimos
It’s Inuktitut not Eskimo
As a Yupik from Alaska, thank you for doing this! This is the only similar video to my culture in ASMR I ever found! Quyana caknek!
The whole reason I love it is because I can’t understand it. Soft English just stresses me out no matter what they say…and Spanish or Japanese.
As I have commented before, I am a former U.S. Marine with combat-related PTSD and am now battling pancreatic cancer. I have received some really nasty comments about my having been a member of the US military. I don't want pity or anything like that! I only mentioned it because these videos in general, and she in particular, help me so much. Where medicines have failed, she has succeeded in doing what modern medicine couldn't. I was encouraging folks to spread the word that asmr can work wonders for some. I sincerely apologize if I created strong feelings and opinions of a negative nature by mentioning my service. Was not my intention. I love this video so much. Such worldly wisdom in those eyes. Sweet and gentle nature of an old soul! Bless you all.❤
I hope you beat it!!!🎉
excellense is what the pv demands god damn it. You showed fear and that is not excellense.
@@pipsapossu1699 thanks for your opinion. Please leave the house every now and then. I'm sure there is a 12 step group for you somewhere. I mean, you can't be the only person suffering from chronic asshole-ism.
She needs her own channel!
AffiliatePro i think she does speak english, i heard her speak some english in her new asmr video
@AffiliatePro What for?
AffiliatePro the whole appeal is that she is not speaking english
Agreed
@AffiliatePro You need to learn more Kalaallisut!
It’s hard to both relax and not take my eyes off her face. I’ve no idea what she is saying but it’s just beautiful watching her!
This man speaks deep truths
Yes!!
When I’m too anxious to only listen, it’s relaxing to watch someone do something or just talk like this. She has a natural look and doesn’t stress me out with the go to work look
She’s saying something like “I have to do everything around here, and when you do try to help you always mess up” not a literal translation but something like that.
True, I mean, she's extraordinarily beautiful. Amazing really
This is great. No annoying ticking or tapping or forced whispering, just a very relaxing voice. Thank you!
Yeh - I absolutely hate tapping.
@@Naughtystimpy I don't really hate it but almost all asmrtists do the same tap thing so it's getting a bit old and annoying.
@@Tjoppy Yeah, when something is too forced (and overused), it gets old.
yes, i hate tapping too
@@Tjoppy (And shaking their hands like a neurotic rapper.)
More of Arnaq, please!
Will do
I grew up in Nunavut (the Canadian arctic) and have been a long time follower of your channel - no exaggeration, your videos have lulled me to sleep more times than any other's have - and it's one of the most refreshing things to see an otherwise esoteric language in a (now) overly saturated ASMR community. I think she's speaking in a Greenlandish dialect (I grew up Padleimiut) but none the less I really commend you for including this.
I've been a fan since "Live Chess #5", the one you put up after a few beers, and I expect I'll be following your uploads until you decide to stop doing it.
All the best to you man - I started playing chess because of this channel.
Canadian? Maybe that's why they're whiter.
@@aristideregnier4883 oh please
I imagine being a little Inuit boy or girl with my beautiful Inuit momma whispering a bedtime story to me, ear to ear, as the wind blows outside... it is warm and quiet with her and her soft voice lulls me to sleep in the frozen North. this is so exotic, beautiful, warm and calming... thank you!
You're absolutely right about the crispy audio, man. Also, thank you Arnaq! Your language as well as your voice and presence on camera are very calming.
I feel so privileged to understand everything she's saying
Woah cool, so you are from Greenland as well? Is this language commonly spoken there or is it like native American languages here where it's increasingly rarer to speak the native tongue?
@@skeetsmcgrew3282 - hi, I'm not from Greenland but have been learning Kalaallisut for the past 7 years. Also, us Canadian Inuit are genetically the same as Greenlanders but have been separated for about a thousand years. We both speak our respective languages/dialects daily (but are about as dissimilar as Spanish is from French, even though they share the same roots). As for your other question. We are working to prevent our amazing, complex, and sophisticated language(s) from dying out like many other Indigeous languages
@@StudioBex Ok cool, thanks!
This beautiful soul is at peace with herself and exhumes confident wisdom
This combo of a rare language and a niche genre of video somehow finding each other is astounding. 🙏🏽
Yes, PLEASE invite her back for more! That voice and cadence are absolutely enchanting.
English will always be a second language to me I will always prefer Inuit first my mother speaks perfect English but never let’s me speak it when talking to her growing up and even still today it’s the same with my grandmother I thank her everyday for that
Really beautiful language. Is it true there are more than 20 different words for Snow? Always thought that was an amazing fact first time someone shared that info with me. Any chance you could translate some of what she’s saying? Thanks.
@Craig Adams punkshoeashin is 4 squarez
swvacollings290 in a linguistics class that I took the professor told us that it was wrong to say that there were many words for snow in Inuktitut because they are actually not different words for snow but qualities of snow which English and many other languages also have. Inuktitut just has many more root words for snow that connect to adjectives describing the snow.
@@David-vs9ci Similar to Snowflakes, Snowballs, Hail, Ice, Frost, etc?
jfman22345 glad she did, our native tongues are a important part of our cultures.
If someone is speaking a different language, I never ask them to speak English because I respect ✊ gift of another language.
If I want to know what they are saying I ask them to teach me, but most of the time is words for foods lol..
She is refreshingly beautiful. I’ve heard of this language before but never heard it until now. Her calming way of speaking and the sound of the language is very relaxing. I’ve no idea what she is saying.....however, I’m definitely a new follower. Wow. Amazing. 👌🏻☺️
I've always felt like the Artic languages would sound so relaxing and cozy when soft-spoken. Thank you for making these videos 🌟🙏
Wow, I have Inuit heritage, I never knew the language was so ASMRable! Beautiful, thankyou for sharing. This is the most ASMR ive gotten from a single video in a very long time.
I was literally going to make a comment on the other video yesterday about how it is one of my all-time favorites and you post another one the next day. Amazing.
If I could like this video more than once I would.
You can like the next one we do :)
Wow. I've never been happier to not understand what someone is saying. So relaxing to hear. Great video.
1:39 “My neck hurt.”
Si.
heh. she actually said "maannakkut", which means "now"
Maannakkut it mean now
I think what really cinches how soothing she is, is how she sways back and forth.
Really miss these videos. Hope you're doing well in 2022!
I'm genuinely amazed by how effective this was. Great vid!
Instructions unclear, my chessboard is stuck in the ceiling fan
Wait what?????
😂
😂😂that’s a bummer dude
Wow. Glad she's back. Yes, please make more. So relaxing!
Wow this is so amazingly soothing I have never heard this language before I’m blown away and I can honestly say this is my first time seeing a Inuit person. So amazing thank you for such a great video please have her back to make more content Arnaq you are amazing ☺️☺️☺️
She's back! We're not worthy
Why are we not worthy?
Her voice is so sweet and calming....then the swaying from side to side is almost hypnotic.
Wow, what a beautiful language! It’s quite enchanting to listen to :)
Thank you for sharing your culture with us! I don’t usually see the Inuit represented, and your language is gorgeous!
Also - I have all the tingles
Your friend is fantastically relaxing and beautiful, your Chess videos are informative, entertaining and do wonders to quite my mind - just keep doing what you both are doing, thanks as always.
Wow! So absolutely overwhelmed to see an Indigenous ASMR Artist's, featuring their traditional language. Loved listening to you, so incredibly relaxing and comforting. Really hope you get the attention and recognition you deserve and that you keep making videos. Definitely subbed!
Aniikaniz [all my relations] from Manitoba!
This is beautiful, thank you for sharing. I'd be happy to see more like this. Very calming
34 fellow Inuits downvoted this because she's just reading recipes to troll us.
I don't get it.
@@anthonylowney1395 Paul is saying that she's just reciting recipes lol
She's a natural ASMRtist. She could read anything and it would work.
@@ZingsVideos haha!!!
its about she is talking to an exboyfriend, kinda like a caring girlfriend.
This is genuinely exquisite. Tell Arnaq we would love to see more!!
We are editing some new videos we gave recorded and will upload as soon as we can.
She is as beautiful as the sound of her voice.
Robert Fast Indeed. I’ve always found incredible beauty in women who wear no makeup.
Same. Honestly i hate makeup sometimes. There are many makeup styles that literally make girls look worse, I'd rather just see none
Wow, I saw this on my recommendations and initially dismissed it. When it came time to go to bed really wasn't finding anything that looked interesting. Searched for this one and....wow. Even though it's just spoken works this particular language sounds really relaxing. Probably the best part is that since I don't understand it I can just focus on the sounds and relax vs listening to languages I understand which tend to keep me awake even longer. Sound ASMRs are pretty good but I'm picky about the type of sounds that soothe me to sleep. This one is a keeper....and the girl as well. Thanks.
Would love to see/hear more, thank you for sharing!
Yes, I want you to make more. A couple hundreds for starters^^ The lighting and picture quality is ok.
Wow, this was great! I've never heard Kalaallisut, what a beautiful language. Very interesting and enjoyable to listen to overall, hopefully she will make more :)
Beautiful and warm….thank you for this gift.
I have listened to hundreds of hours of ASMR. I have never been so entranced by a voice and the person behind it. I want to make this woman happy and I've never met her. She has a power in her words and face that I cannot overstate. This makes me feel... safe somehow. I'm going to shut up before I sound crazy but thank you for making this. Absolutely the highlight of my week
Wow she is so pretty, great video also it’s been helping me relax :))
This is lovely x ❤️ what a beautiful language. I got loads of tingles. I for one happen to like asmr with lower quality, it seems more natural and the more natural the video the more tingles I get. I think realism is kind of important in asmr.
Not sure which captivates me more: Those eyes of hers, or that enchanting voice. Magnificent...
This is my first time listening. She’s wonderful. Please make more. Please also tell her thank you. :-)
this is awesome, beautiful language
Very beautifully spoken. Ive never heard this language before. So nice.
Thanks. That helps a lot with my law study! Now I understand everything!
Hey, wait a minute... This ain't chess!
i subscribed so fast, i will listen to this often. thank you for your gift of culture and beauty. also thanks for the rest of the channel, i love chess
Enjoyed this a lot, more would be great!
In deed it melt my brain...and heart, that was beautiful, fromArgentina!
I love her and her language! Keep em’ coming! 🖤
I can't take my eyes off the screen. Her language is simply mesmerizing.
Beautiful language, very soothing to listen too.
How beautiful... simply mesmerizing
Magical voice speaking beautiful language is a real joy to listen. You have magically beautifull eyes too😊
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSS
I've gone back to the original video countless times. So I'm really happy to see a new version! The language sounds so unique!
Hope to see more
We uploaded a new one 2 hours ago :)
Hell yeah nice to see an indigenous person creating fantastic content, ske:kon from a fellow indigenous
(I’m Mohawk btw)
Solid Snake56 me too
A night elf mohawk? (Have you seen that commercial lol? I mean no offense by it I'm just making a joke, if its in poor taste I apologize, but I hope it made you laugh.)
Nah, like Mr. T
I do not understand what you're saying but your eyes and smile speak to me on a whole other level and I can't help but smile every time you do.
Yeah sure, Heather Feather's back or whatever, have you seen the new Arnaq video?
Feather is doing videos again??? Righteous! I thought she was done forever. Thanks for the heads up!
@@buttzkrieg3919 she has the most unrelaxing baby voice it's awful
Edge Of Light blasphemy
Wow, tingles to my tailbone. Thank you very much!
Look at how beautiful her skin is. They always look young no matter how old they are because of that. Luxurious hair too.
Such passionate delivery of unknown misunderstood vowels
I'm enchanted. It's so beatifull to hear the soft speaking of the natives. A nice work of ASMR and preservarion of language. My congratulations.
That voice...that face...beautiful. And so relaxing! 😊😊😊😊😊
Incredible. To be thoroughly absorbed in a story I don't understand a word of... Please do more!
No words can describe my quiet intrigue. Mesmerizing lady. Very nice, thank you. 😁
My heart felt like it would burst from joy when I stumbled upon this! Inuktitut ASMR! Brilliant! Much love from BC, Canada
That’s kalaallisut, not inuktitut.
Love these language sounds, absolutely excellent x
Make more, but don't stress about picture quality. My eyes can't even stay open long enough to type this without a struggle. Thank you Arnaq for sharing your beautiful language with us all.
Honestly you look like my aunt and that’s really soothing ⭐️
This is so lovely and relaxing. I could listen to this all night. :)
What man couldn’t?
Beautiful voice, wonderful language
This is such an interesting language! It was so hard not to fall asleep because it was so relaxing but so intriguing and beautiful I didn’t want to close my eyes!
That moment when I honestly questioned if it was my stomach or her's lol
Here for this 👏👏👏 thank you for sharing such a beautiful language
I think this is my new favorite language. Greetings from the Basque Country
Great video. Thanks for sharing!
Oh I'm totally fascinated by this! I got a thing for languages, and her voice is so soothing... Although listening without understanding has its charm, I would like to have the option to turn on the subtitles. I am curious about the content of her speech. I don't know if it would be too much trouble, but here is an idea: in her next video, she tells us something about the Inuit culture! It could be a tale, or some part of the history of the people, or their ways... That with subtitles would be amazing!
so calming and such a cool language. She is also beautiful which helps. thank you....very relaxing during a crazy time in the world.
Thank you for what brings you joy
Omg, such a lovely sounding language!
rikki-tikki-tavi I'm convinced anything would sound amazing with her voice and delivery. Wow
This is nice! I remember seeing the other video with her a while ago and I thought it was so relaxing. If she's up for making another video that's cool ☀️
I like the camera effect, and the lady infront :-)
Please show us more Inuit livings.
Your eyes cut right through me the way you speak that language so soft at the same time you have my attention awesome
I can't stop looking at her eyes, there is something there I can't place. So intense and intelligent, it's mesmerizing
@@skeetsmcgrew3282 I agree she is so pretty
Her beauty and nonverbal gestures.❤️
Of course would love more of these
Best language for asmr I’ve ever heard.
This makes me rethink my life.
So soothing...it’s time for a little nap 💤
She could be telling me I look like a smashed bag of garbage for all I know, but I’ve never been so relaxed
It feels like I am watching a princess from another planet, such a gracious and pretty appearance and mesmerizing language!
Reaching out from a puddle. Amazing. Simply amazing.
Sounds wonderful Kalaallisut language :-)
This is the most amazing thing I’ve ever heard
Quite possibly the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. The wisdom in those eyes is immeasurable!
Wow I am Australian and have never heard Inuit language before. Thankyou! Beautiful!
