When your using no disc, coke and bits of iron will come into the right side of the horse shoe. This is because it’s seeing everything. On pasture I up the disc a little.

Nice feature to have in narrowing the content of your searches. I was wondering about this machine. Does the XP have multi frequency simultaneous or are the frequencies combined in groups of frequencies?
Nice and clear explanatuon, but is there also a way to see if its a piece of aluminium? Or does it also show up as a line from left under to right up on the xy screen?
Aluminium on any detector is a hard one to distinguish is it gives such a good tone, the answer is a no if it sounds sweet dig it. The xy is a very good indicator but it does not always tell u to dig so my advice is to still dig the tones.
@@kevm666 i sure do dit them, i guess i can build a complete car with all the aluminium i've already dug up 😅 I dont use the xy screen because most fields i hunt only have deep targets. But good to see your explanation 👌🏻👍🏻

I like the xy as its pretty accurate as you say and i dont get deep targets.I have used the horse shoe and find its a bit iffy as youv shown.

There are lots of detectors that match the kHz of the orq. Rutus alter 71 has 71 frequencies unlike the xp x35 which has 35 so there's one with double.

I ONLY USE X AND Y , IT LETS YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DIGGING AS WELL AS THE TONES AS LONG AS THE SETTINGS IS RIGHT
Correct its a good tool for shallow targets especially if u alter the zoom feature

The New Deus 2 has simultaneous multi-frequencies while the Deus 1 has numerous individual frequencies.

U still get the same tone and vdi number but the line on the xy is very short unless u magnify it 👍👍
