Never Gave Up and Never Surrender!

- When you are having a tough day fishing you should look back and say you never gave up and never surrender. Those are the days you need to keep changing where and how you are fishing and sometimes you will be rewarded when you never give up. A difficult fishing day is in the dog days of summer, when the water temperatures are above the comfort range of the bass. Some fish will usually still bite and you can still enjoy a fun day fishing if you never surrender.

It's a pretty cool lake. You actually missed a very small section way in the back with 3 springs. I have caught some nice bass there over the years. I love all that eel grass and clear water.
Rob, I went to the third lake in the back but did not see the very small section with the springs. Where was that? Gerry
@@LunkerFishing there is another bridge back there for poinsettia Ave. Very shallow under the bridge, might be less than 2 feet deep. I can get my boat through there.

Whenever I'm gonna get skunked on my favorite lake I go over along the weed and water lily's and catch them old reliable Blue gills. I think pound for pound they fight with the best especially when I use an xtra ultra lite combo with 4 pound line and when you hook a small pike or Bass on it that is what I call fun. I do have an enquiry for you Gerry and as I don't have Facebook or whatever it's called now I don't have access to the group chat on the Twin Troller. I am having issues with keeping the pedals flat on the bottom of the boat when I'm moving at full throttle. I'm sure many have had issues like this and was hoping for some ideas from other owners as to how they solved it. Thanks Gerry
If you mean the pedals pop out of the slots in the floor several people have complained about that. In over seven years I only had that happen once and I had my seat too far back and pushing on the pedals was more horizontal than vertical. Gerry
@@LunkerFishing If I can find your video on how you raised your seat I might try that as my problem starts with my bad knees and the upper legs getting tired quickly and when I push down on the pedals they raise up and out of slots. I think with my body higher and my legs more straight up and down it will help. Does your seat being higher mess with your balance any.
