They are so cute and awesome even in Australia we have some but the government have put restrictions on them now because of safety concerns but are safer than petrol scooters mopeds in my opinion

Yes there are many possibilities to open the sliding doors. Additionally to what you show you could also open it with your foot or with the key fob (I think depending on trim). Speaking of trim: What this one is missing: The folding tables in the back seats.
