I rode the original with my sons for the 1st time last year. We can't wait to ride this. Loved the video. So Tron: Legacy like...which is one of our favorite movies!!
This video was great but it doesnt do theride justice. I rode it about 2 days ago and it was amazind and the refurb was better than before... by far. Its completely dark and you have no idea where you are going. Its much scarier than before and very modern. The line is more interactive and the post-show is another ride in itself. Very pleased with the renovation.

Went there yesterday. It rained and thundered so we had to wait for 3 and a half hours to get on the ride. But once we got on it, man was it cool!
no they have these barrel type boxes at the end where you drop them off. kinda like when you return 3d glasses at the movies. unless of course you decide to keep it on you're own.

The new ride feels something more like Mission Space or Dinosaur were there was something (your mission or in this case your design) following you throughout the ride and afterwards.

This is cool but I miss the old version where u go over the cobblestone and stuff. It's a little too Tron-ish. Had they mixed the old and new it would've been perfect. But I can't wait, going back this June!!

Hopefully you won't have to design your own car every time you ride it. It's cool for the 1st time but the actual ride part will always be superior to any high tech interactive expierence Disney does with any of it's attractions .
