TASTY GHANA FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE | DELICIOUS FRIED CHICKEN

Hi everyone, let's make delicious fried chicken, Ghanastyle, very easy and tasty recipe, I use this fried chicken as a side to my jollof rice, make sure you stay tuned for the best Jollof rice and chicken recipe!
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs and wings
1 large onion
1 1/2 ginger
1 scotch bonnet
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp peppercorns
1/2 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tsp aniseed
2 cups of water (500ml)
1 tbsp salt to taste
chicken seasoning: Ehyen, Rennie, Rajah
1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
1tsp curry powder
1tsp smoked paprika
deep frying oil
1/4 onion
