Perfect way to season and Fry your Chicken (Ghanaian Style) for Christmas

Happy holidays everyone! In today’s video, I share with you a simple fried chicken recipe. This is quick and comes together very quickly. Ingredients are few but so tasty. With the holidays fast approaching I hope you give this recipe a try. Thank you for your love and constant support.
Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks ( you can use a whole chicken or any part of the chicken)
1/2 of a large onion or I small onion
1 jalapeño
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon garlic powder or fresh
1 thumb size ginger
1 sprig Rosemary
Few leaves basil
1 tsp black pepper corns
1 tsp fennel seeds or anise seeds
