@@theyogainstituteofficiali am suffering from autonomic dysfunction called dysautonomia which is the disorder of autonomic nerves system list of symptoms are long so you know very well I can't walked properly breathlessness poor blood circulation high BP,low blood pressure tachycardia heat or cold both not tolerated by me stomach issue urinary issue and more more symptoms can it be possible to manage by yoga or meditation please suggest me if possible

Frankly i am not used to yoga. But as i did this for the first time, even though my shoulders were paining really i could feel deep calmness i can't express. Just so much freshness i could feel. I hope by continued practice i could overcome the shoulder pain 🙏 Thankyou so much maam 🙏

Also try some guided meditations or just an instrumental relaxation journey track and listen to it for an hour sitting in a comfortable chair or slightly reclined and just breath slowly focus on the different parts of your body then release focus and focus all the way up and down your body while deep breathing I don't nearly do it often enough my self but it's an amazing experience we don't normally give ourself time for
