Thank you for sharing your knowledge andthis technique. I love plants and the glass containers give us the opportunity to learn about watering our indoor plants in a very clean beautiful way. No running water. Thank you 😍

Looks good thank you
Good idea!
Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
that what I’m looking for thanks
Only few people do mason jar planting .. and I’m one of those 😊
Will the plant eventually break the vase as it grows? I'm assuming you have to re-pot at some stage but how do you know when so that you can still get the plant out without breaking the glass. I would love to plant one of mine in an old vase.
Nice
I like planting in glass containers but it get that green algae. Is there a way to get rid of that? Thank you
I have not had that happen are you using a good layer of drainage pebbles at the base. If you have it already the only way to clear it would be to change the soil.
Can I use wood chips instead of rocks/pebbles
You could use wood chips but they will decompose in the water so may cause some bacteria issues. I would recommend a non porous item for the drainage field.
Can I use sea shells instead of rocks?
No the shells would contain too much salt. The purpose of the rocks are like a humidity tray for the orchids. The roots are sensitive I would guess the shells would affect them.
Looks odd with clay and soil looking through glass
Too small 😅😅😅
