  • Looking to develop toned, long, and lean muscular lines?
    This Pilates workout will help do the trick! It's performed as a 'follow along' on your Total Gym equipment. If you do no have a Total Gym, no worries! Just perform the exercise from a standing position, use bands, glide discs, or just your own body weight to simulate the same exercises.
