Fav exercise either bench press or Jeff’s “bicep trifecta” with the inward bicep curl, inward reverse curl, and outward bicep curl. They’re just fun idk why 🤷♂️ least favorite is sit ups cause they’re not even good and I can’t do them without it causing pain bc I have scoliosis
