Is this motorcycle too tall? Can a 5’7” guy ride it comfortably? Or do I have to put lowering links?

5’7” is good I’d say. Anywhere between 5’7” - 6’2” can ride this bike.
Anything lesser or more, it’ll get very uncomfortable. You have to get adjusted to the posture irrespective of the height.
