(Ride Before Retire)🇭🇰 九巴 KMB ATE74 LD9490 @ 289K 大學站 University Station ↺ 富安花園 Chevalier Garden

After riding LS2216 (ATE217) @ 87K, ATE74 was about to depart on route 289K. I immediately lined up, ready to board and film.
It was raining hard earlier in the day and ATE74 wasn't ready to depart. I decided to film KMB 87K, another Ma On Shan circular route to kill some time instead of waiting in the rain.
KMB 289K is a circular route connecting parts of Ma On Shan with University Station of East Rail Line. I guess it would be more convenient than taking the Tuen Man Line all the way down to Tai Wai just to ride East Rail Line.
ATE74 is about to retire this month (September). I wanted to film ATE69 which was running 89C but the plan was doomed because of the long wait and the lack of time available. ATE74 performs better than the newer Voith ATE Transbus'. The older Transbus E500s would have higher RPM than the newer ones which are less enjoyable.
