It looks like normal operation, but the Crosswaves are notorious for their sprayer operation failures. Every model of this device, since 2016, has had the same issue. If you can get your money back, buy another brand of wet vac.
I had the same problem, that little white round filter (made out of filter cloth material) was the issue. Once I pulled it out with some needle nose, rinsed and cleaned it, the water was flowing again. Thanks, great suggestion!
My cross wave is doing the same thing. It is spurting water through the jets about once per second. I will try priming and using a paper clip to check if jets are clogged.
Have that same problem I took the bottom apart it wasnt the spray nozzles clogged I think it's something with the pump. Because there's a hose that comes to a T that splits off to the little nozzles that squirt the water up and the water isn't coming out the main hose.
I have the Bissell crasswave max. Water would work in the cradle for cleaning. I pulled it apart and the trigger has a small part that was broken. Fixed that and now it works fine. Build quality is poor and not easy to pull apart to fix.
@user-tk3ny8hs9m thank you.. I did it! I think the troubleshooting on my max is on the connectors inside the handle. When I push the button for spray water and switch on the light turning on the machine, it won't work work. Water won't come out from the brushhead pushing the button (and the lights are off too) instead it works well for cleaning mode......
@@3m_v669 the button pushes a switch the problem is the inside of the button is extremely week and prone to breaking so there is no contact. I put some hot glue to support the trigger inside. It’s really a poor design and prone to breaking. Another 1 cents of plastic would fix the problem in the making. I’d say all these vacs will have this problem.

Look for a round filter that sits where the water tank plugs in. Clean this filter and water will come out of the black nozzles again.

Seems to be normal if using the 'hard floor' option. Once using the 'area rug' mode, roughly twice the amount comes out.
Hello, I have the same problem.
I think its the waterpump. I bought one on ebay. When the package reached me, I want to test it, and tell it.
I have the machine with the same spring problem
And was it?

I keep my very clean after every use I make sure that every part is clean 🇺🇸🇲🇺
Did you find out what happened and how to fix this ? 😊 Thank you

Hi there,Wondering how did you pulled out the trigger, please
@@3m_v669 to get to the trigger u have to pull the hole top half apart.

Hi, there are 3 screws on the handle, I wonder how you pull it out after that, seems still tight. Appreciate
