- Bikes come, bikes go, only knee pain is forever. This is a snapshot in time where I talk about the bikes that I own today, in the summer of 2023. Why do I have them? What do I do with them? What is the correct number of bikes to have? 1? N+1? 42?

Should've sticked to that Fixie Inc Floater and built it up, would've been worth it, believe me.
I agree that it is a good bike to build on, but my frame was too big for me, so I started to explore other ones, and I have landed on a Skream Anodiz now :)
Hey! What happened to your black Fixie Inc? I ask because I just bought the same model since it was very cheap on a sale and needed one after my Riva Basement was stolen a couple of months ago... I am still waiting for it to arrive , and plan to use it everyday for bike deliveries, but since you also have a Riva, I would be glad if you could tell me how they compare to each other :)
Hello! I think the Fixie Inc Floater Race is a good choice if the price is right. Its main difference to the Riva Basement is of course the frame material. Aluminium is stiffer. And it has the big drop bars with road bike brake levers, which I actually really liked when I had mine. I sold mine because I bought a Dolan Pre Cursa and I didn't want two similar bikes at the time.
