You're absolutely right! I'd say 75% of our business is working with new build clients right now!! You can't beat their incentives, rates and move in ready houses for the same price as a resale home. We just urge everyone reading this to make sure to use a realtor bc the builders rep doesn't represent you, we do. Thanks for watching! 😊
