      That's not true, and not logical, people do have dominating muscle groups, adding steroids = huge smth. I am not saying it is ineffective, but your assumption is wrong

Most common example I find is just look at peoples calves in the street, you could find a lot of people with massive calves that have never ever done any kind of physical activity, yet some other people train them a lot for minimal improvement.

    前腕が全くつかないんです。二頭筋を効かすためのダンベルや懸垂、Captains of crushのハンドグリップをやっていますが始めて数年たちますが全然です。
