Coffee is everyone’s favorite. Here’s COFFEE CUPCAKE WITH COFFEE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING recipe for all coffee lovers out there. This is full of coffee flavor. It smells so good too.

Ingredients
Cake
2 tbsp coffee powder
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
3 eggs
1 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
Bake at preheated 350F for 15-18 minutes
Makes 12-15 regular size cupcakes
Frosting
1 cup soft butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp coffee
1 1/2 tbsp boiling water
