STRAWBERRY CUSTARD CAKE
INGREDIENTS
Cake
1/2 cup and 3 tbsp butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
100 ml milk
Fresh strawberries (12 pcs)
Custard
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 egg yolks
Powdered sugar for dusting.
Bake at preheated 350F for 1 hr and 15 mins or until stick came out clean.
