MINI RED VELVET CUPCAKES WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp soft butter
1 small egg
1/2 tbsp vanilla
1/4 cup buttermilk
Red food color
Bake at preheated 350F for 12-15 mins.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/4 cup soft butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
