Quantum carburetor? Jesus Morty, you can't just add a sci-fi word to a car word and hope it means something.

Clean the backside of the air cleaner housing before you reassemble it onto your cleaned carburetor so that you don't introduce dirt or gunk into your cleaned carburetor.

It runs for a few 2nds when you put small amount of gas in the cylinder but dies. It has spark and compression Did a complete clean and rebuild on the exact same carb. I have 2 brand new gaskets on the back of the air cleaner housing attached to the inlet of the carb. Are you saying if that doesn't form a tight seal the gas wont flow into the carb? Does that include the O' ring on the outlet of the carb?

on that quantum engine, should the butterfly be closed when starting? I have the primer bulb and governor seems ok? Any ideas? Thanks

Not to be nit-picky but the emulsion tube emulsifies the air/fuel mixture. Vaporization is different.

Great video and very simple instructions. I did every step in the video and my mower still will not crank. I even put a brand new spark plug in after Carb rebuild and it still refuses to crank. Help please

Here are some of the things you need to check.
      1. Compression
      2. Spark
      3. Fuel (new and clean, less than a month old)
If you have all of these and it still does not run then you probably need a new carburetor. Not all of them come back after a rebuild.
All of this is assuming you have not had a catastrophic failure.
Thanks for watching and commenting and good luck!

It’s probably the magnetometer not producing spark. Or the cable is wore out not pulling the arm over all the way over to complete the circuit. Hope this helps it happened to me as well.
