    - 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    - Assorted vegetables (such as cauliflower, carrot, tomatoes, capsicum, mushroom), chopped (about 3 tbsp)
    - 2 tbsp mashed paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
    - Cheese, grated (for topping)
    - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
    - Pumpkin seeds (for garnish)
    2nd Recipe
    *Ingredients:*
    - 1/2 cup semolina
    - 1/2 cup curd
    - 1/2 cup water
    - 2 tbsp each of finely chopped carrot, capsicum, tomato, onion, and green chili
    - 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
    - 1/2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
    - 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    - 1/2 tsp black pepper
    - 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
    - Handful of coriander leaves
    - 1 tsp coconut oil
    - 1/4 tsp baking soda
    - 1/4 tsp water
