    1/2 tsp Mustard seeds

    7-8 curry leaves
    1+1/2 Cup water
    1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flex
    1 tsp Salt
    1 inch Ginger
    1 Cup semolina (suji)
    For tadka-
    2 tbsp oil
    1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    1/4 tsp Asafoetida
    10-15 curry leaves
    2-3 green chillies
    1 tbsp desiccated coconut
    1 tbsp sambhar masala
    Coriander leaves
    For Chatni-
    1/2 Cup peanuts
    1/2 tsp oil
    1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
    2-3 green chillies
    2 tbsp roasted chana dal
    1/2 Cup coconut
    salt to taste
    2-3 small garlic cloves
    tamarind (25gm )
    coriander leaves
    for Chatni tadka-
    2 tbsp oil
    1 tsp Mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp udad dal
    7-8 Curry leaves
    2-3 dry red chillies
