  • THE BEST AKRA EVER FRITTERS WITH CASAVA AND MALANGAS HAITIAN DISH
    INGREDIENTS
    2 medium malangas (white yautia)
    1 casava
    1/4 cup of epis (Best Haitian epis • THE BEST HAITIAN EPIS ... )
    1 sazon package
    1/4 cup of flour
    1/2 teaspoons salt to taste
    1 seeded Scotch Bonnet pepper (depending on how spicy they are)
    1 Maggie
    oil for frying
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Peel and grate malangas and casava in small bowl. Mix them until you obtain a pulpy consistency.
    2. Add 1/4 cup of epis and combine entire mixture thoroughly.
    3. Add one package of sazon and combine entire mixture thoroughly.
    4. Add 1/4 cup of flour and combine entire mixture thoroughly.
    5. 1 scotch bonnets and 1 Maggie cube mashed together in a pelou or blender
    combine it to the add them to the casava and malangas mixture add 1/2 teaspoons of salt mixture thoroughly.
    3. In frying pan heat oil on
    medium heat. 350° if using a deep fryer Take sample of mixture with knife, then fry as many as you can.
    5.When completed, drain on paper towel and serve

      I’ve been here since I was 5. I even lived with African Americans for a couple of years when I was a teenager.

      @@cookingwithfreddie The actual term is Black Americans not African American. Black Americans are ADOS American Descendants of Slaves and the original Native Americans. Their names were changed several times to confuse people because they are the true Hebrew Israelites from the tribe of Judah. Research it. They went from being called Negro to Colored to Black America. to African American. Just a side note. 😊

      I never understand why people watch cooking videos if they are not open minded into seeing something done different from what they’re use to. If you feel like you know how to make it and your way is the best and only way. Why bother watching? It must be to criticize
